School Plans & Policies

Welcome to our School Plans and Policies page, where you’ll find important documents that guide our operations, priorities, and commitments to safety, accessibility, and educational excellence. Here, families, staff, and community members can access key plans and policies that support our school’s mission and ensure a safe, inclusive, and well-governed learning environment.

Comprehensive School Plan

21st Century Cyber Charter School is required to submit a comprehensive school plan to the Pennsylvania Department of Education every three years.

Threat Assessment Plan

21st Century Cyber Charter School is committed to fostering a safe learning environment for all students, staff, visitors, and our community. The school has established a Threat Assessment Team, composed of administrators and school counselors across our two school locations in West Chester and Murrysville. The team’s focus is to assess and intervene with students whose behavior indicates a threat to the safety of themselves, other students, school employees, school facilities, or the community.

All team members have been trained in the Comprehensive School Threat Assessment Guidelines (CSTAG) model, and follow procedures to recognize, assess and assist students showing traumatic or threatening behaviors to harm themselves or others.

If you see warning signs or suspicious behavior, please report it via Safe2Say or contact a school principal or school counselor at 484-875-5400. If this is an emergency, call 911.

It is important that we provide a school environment where everyone feels safe and welcome so our students can thrive. We appreciate your support.

Accessibility Statement

21CCCS is committed to ensuring accessibility of its courses for all students, including those with disabilities, by taking a proactive approach to instructional design. Our goal is alignment to current Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and to comply with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) so that students with disabilities are not excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise subjected to discrimination in our learning environment [*includes provisions of Section 504 and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973].

We regularly make improvements and test our materials within our learning management system, Schoology, which is a PowerSchool product with a posted accessibility statement. If you encounter any barriers to accessing course materials, please submit an Incident IQ ticket as soon as possible with specific details so that we can investigate and provide support. Remember to include the name of the course in the ticket.
