Our Faculty
The faculty at 21st Century Cyber Charter School (21CCCS) is comprised of state-certified teachers, academic advisors, and teaching assistants who collaborate to deliver high-quality instruction, individualized academic planning, and consistent support. Their combined expertise ensures that each student receives a well-rounded, engaging, and effective online education tailored to their unique learning needs.

Kim Geller | Customer Service
Kim, who is one ot our art teacher represents many of our cyber champion characteristics but was nominated specifically for the amazing customer service she provides to so many! whether a coworker, student or family, Kim is willing to stop what she is doing, to assist others. A colleague shared that for Kim, “The students always come first and she makes the student feel connected to the school community.” Thanks Kim for going above and beyond!
Erin King | Connections
Erin was nominated for the genuine and thoughtful way in which she interacts with not only her colleagues but students as well! As a TA she has been a welcoming resource for some of our new Academic Advisors. As shared in her nomination: "she sends out Congratulations, you did great emails to all of her passing students, and to the ones who were not so successful, she sends out messages of encouragement like..it's not over yet, you got this, or if you need anything I am here to help!" Thanks Erin for your commitment to our students success!
Angie Pici | Collaboration
Angie is being recognized for her continued and constant collaboration with various departments, in an effort to learn more about each departments tools and processes in order to best support our school. Angie likes to work with other departments so that she can learn more about the big picture to better understand the smaller sections. She also keeps the students/families views of the systems in mind, enabling her to provide top-notch customer service to our families! Thanks for all you do Angie!
Lindsay Reid | Collaboration
Lindsay, a Content Developer for our Special Education Department, is always willing to help and work with her peers to problem solve even when she doesn't have an immediate answer herself. Within the last year, we have had several additions to our ISD team. It was shared in her nomination that "Lindsay went out of her way to make multiple new hires feel extra welcome to the 21CCCS team." Thank you Lindsay for being a welcoming presence for all of your colleagues!
Kate Griffin | Connections
Kate, is one of our English Teachers here at 21CCCS and is making a difference for students through her creative connections. Recently, Kate learned that student who has not been engaged with school had an interest in makeup and skincare. Kate used that information to reach out to the student in an effort to start a conversation, by asking the student their opinion on some different products. Her idea worked and the student responded! Now Kate is creating assignments centered around this topic allowing her to increase the students engagement. Thanks for your persistence!
Mariann Capets | Customer Service
Mariann, an Academic Advisor with the school has become a welcoming resource for several of the newer Academic Advisors. Whether through chat, or arranging a time to meet "face to face" Mariann is always willing to share her knowledge of her role and helpful tips she has picked up along the way. Her supportive interactions with her colleagues has not only allowed them to feel more comfortable in their new roles, but more confident as well. Thank you Mariann for your openness to sharing your knowledge with your colleagues.
Katie Guyler | Collaboration
Katie, is another one of our awesome Academic Advisors. Katie is being recognized for her mentorship, and guidance to one of her students. "Mrs. Guyler's collaboration and support as an advisor for the prestigious Model Senate program was invaluable. She goes above and beyond to invest in her students academic success" Her support was instrumental in preparing the student for a competition at Temple University Fox School of Business this past December. Thank you Katie for your dedication to collaboration and partnership with both students and families!
Steven Harris | Connections
Steven is one of our Special Education teachers here at 21CCCS. Steven's recognition for his connections with students is demonstrated in his willingness to go above and beyond to help them succeed. He is consistently offering to help students 1:1 even if they are students who are not in his specific classes. Steven's dedication to his students reinforces his desire to help them not only achieve success here at 21CCCS but also enjoy learning along the way!
