How does 21st Century Cyber Charter School ensure a safe online experience for our students?
Software programs are in place on all student devices issued by this school. This includes filtering, and a process for school approval of apps. These measures in cyber-security and proper online conduct will help students have meaningful, positive experiences using our technology.
What is my Moodle username?
Your username will be the first two letters of your first name and your entire last name. Example; John Doe – JoDoe
What if I can’t remember my password to get into Moodle?
Call the Help Desk at 484-875-5467.
What is my email address?
Your 21st Century Cyber Charter School Gmail address is the first 2 letters of your first name and your entire last name, followed by @21cccs.org.
Example; John Doe – JoDoe@21cccs.org
As a parent, what is my username to log into Moodle?
Your username will be Parent, followed by the first two letters of your first name, and your entire last name. Example; John Doe – ParentJoDoe
What happens if my laptop won’t start?
Make sure the laptop is plugged into power, hold the power button down for 20 seconds and try to start the laptop again. If it still does not start, call the Help Desk at 484-875-5467.
What do I do if I accidentally damage my laptop?

I am having trouble using my school issued laptop; can I use a personal laptop?
- Yes, you can use a personal laptop.
- Keep in mind that the software utilized by 21st Century Cyber Charter School may not be installed on your personal device. Because of that, accessing your assignments may be difficult.

I am having an issue with my laptop and or software. How do I submit a ticket to the Help Desk?

When I am in a class and I try to type in the VO chat box, it won’t work. What do I do?
Simply click out of the Blackboard window (example: click on your desktop or another software window that you may have open) and then click back to Blackboard.
What are the hours of the Help Desk?
Our Technical Support Department is available from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Fridays.
