Everyone has moments when they shine and we are grateful to have a high quality team at 21st Century Cyber Charter School.
The Cyber Champion recognition program acknowledges staff and faculty who are consistently demonstrating one or more of the following qualities to support our students, families, and coworkers at 21st Century Cyber Charter School:

A staff member who thinks outside the box to solve problems, develop new approaches, or design different tasks in order to engage others.
COLLABORATION
A staff member who has a willingness to share ideas, work with others, support others, and build consensus.
CONNECTIONS
A staff member who intentionally finds ways to make our students, families, and coworkers feel known and valued.
CULTURAL RESPONSIVENESS
A staff member who seeks to ensure all perspectives are considered and represented.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
To provide students, families, and coworkers the help needed to solve a problem, complete a task, or get the desired outcome.
