RIght-To-Know Requests

21CCCS Open Records

The Right-To-Know Law is Pennsylvania’s open records law. It requires government agencies in Pennsylvania, including 21CCCS, to provide access to and copies of public records to the public.

The Right-To-Know Law provides that, upon receipt of a written Open Records Request, 21CCCS must make a good faith effort to determine if the requested record is a public record, financial record, or legislative record and to respond as promptly as possible under the circumstances existing at the time of the request, and that this time shall not exceed five (5) business days from the date the written request is received by 21CCCS’s Right-To-Know Officer.
